Data Deletion
Last updated: June 24, 2026
Overview
This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with ClipDock, including media workflow data and connected TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube account data used for publishing through platform APIs.
Disconnect Platform Access
If you connected TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube to ClipDock, you can revoke ClipDock's access from the relevant platform account settings. After access is revoked, ClipDock will no longer be able to publish to that account through the platform API.
- TikTok: revoke ClipDock from your TikTok account app permissions or connected apps settings.
- Instagram: revoke ClipDock from your Meta, Facebook, or Instagram business integration settings.
- YouTube: revoke ClipDock from your Google account third-party access settings.
Delete Local App Data
In the ClipDock iOS app, you can clear downloaded video cache from Settings. You can also remove the app from your device to delete local app data stored on that device.
Delete Cloud Files
If your ClipDock workflow uses cloud storage, delete video files, thumbnails, captions, and manifest data from the storage bucket or account where you uploaded them.
