Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of ClipDock, an application and related cloud workflow for organizing prepared videos, captions, thumbnails, publishing queues, and social media publishing tasks. By using ClipDock, you agree to these Terms.
Use of ClipDock
ClipDock is intended to help you manage your own media workflow. You may use ClipDock to view, download, cache, organize, and publish videos and descriptions that you provide or control.
Your Content
You remain responsible for all videos, thumbnails, captions, hashtags, descriptions, and other content that you upload, store, sync, or publish through ClipDock. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to use and publish your content.
Social Media Publishing
If you connect TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or another social media account, ClipDock may use the relevant platform APIs to publish selected content on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with the rules, policies, and community guidelines of each platform where you publish.
TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
ClipDock can help organize and publish prepared videos across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube when the user connects and authorizes the relevant account.
- TikTok integrations may be used to authenticate an account, upload videos, publish selected content, and check publishing status.
- Instagram integrations may be used to connect Instagram professional accounts through Meta APIs, publish Reels, and manage scheduled posting.
- YouTube integrations may be used to upload selected videos to a connected channel, including private uploads for manual review or scheduling.
ClipDock is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Google, or YouTube. Each platform's own terms, developer policies, and community guidelines continue to apply.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use ClipDock to:
- Upload, store, or publish content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
- Access accounts, files, systems, or APIs without authorization.
- Interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, or abuse ClipDock infrastructure.
- Misrepresent ownership, authorship, identity, or authorization for content or accounts.
Third-Party Services
ClipDock may depend on third-party services such as Cloudflare, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Apple, and other infrastructure or platform providers. Their own terms and policies may apply to your use of those services.
Availability
We aim to keep ClipDock reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Syncing, downloads, publishing, and API features may be affected by network conditions, third-party service limits, platform review status, or account permissions.
Disclaimer
ClipDock is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
